Our organisation supports

Empowerment Programming for vulnerable members of society through providing resources for Women of Wisdom Wealth Wonder Trust.This initiative fosters gender equality, equity and empowerment by providing assistance to women and children in disadvantaged communities within Zimbabwe. The trust is an formally registered Non-profit entity in accordance with local policy and legislation. We simultaneously sponsor other National gender empowerment programming initiatives. We also have a sustainable waste Management initiative trading as Emperic Scavengers (T/A)which collects reusable waste for up-cycling. This initiative is an expression of our Environmental care and concern for the Earth in relation to Climate change. We believe that recycling reduces the carbon footprint that perpetuates negative impacts of climate change on humanity.

Workforce

Our workforce comprises of skilled individuals with equitable balance of males and females. We empower youths with in-house training as well as accommodating students on attachment internship programs as we are fully industrialized.We provide an environment conducive for active participation, inclusion, innovation and skills development.

In accordance with our nations Vision 2030 and our National Development Strategy 1; we endeavor to increase our national market share, find sustainable solutions to local product input sourcing, manufacture and distribution. We strive for equality in our human resource management, and competitive skills remuneration. Our hope is to increase our industrial machinery with the addition of new technologically advanced production systems to increase quality and efficiency. We purpose to grow the wings of our operation into the region, meanwhile looking into export trade and maximization of technology as a distribution engine.
